Saddest sbux location in the panhandle. It’s always very backed up and slow and the inside is often unkept in my experience. I do avoid this location if possible, but sometimes is the only convenient option. Although, the time it takes to go through the drive through is insane. 6 cars in front of me and I’ve been in this drive through 30 minutes….

My coffee tasted horible, I ordered a grande hot caramel macchiato and with white mocha and vanilla cold foam, when I tell you absolutely no sweetness, the coffee might as well had been black. I order this exact drink all the time at the Nine Mile location and never have a problem. It tasted like nothing I only knew the cold foam was added because I could SEE it. If I had’t gotten so far from the store I would’ve requested a remake. Please make better drinks, the coffee is too high, stars add up too slow for drinks to taste this terrible here.

Im not sure what the young woman's name was in the drive-through, but I feel like this store would definitely benefit from putting her somewhere else. I find it extremely rude to tell someone thank you multiple times or to have a good day and they completely ignore you but then they’re quick to turn the screen around to ask you for a tip. I’d definitely recommend going a half mile up the street to the other bayou location for better service.

I love the employees here! They are so friendly and personable, I enjoyed having a nice conversation with them. Coffee, like always, is always a treat and is always very delicious. The atmosphere is amazing! It feels like you're part of a community in a sense.

So I went to this Starbucks today and ended up getting this partially in my mouth through the opening of my coffee. It was extremely gross. I did call and speak with the supervisor which was extremely nice. However I will not be returning for anything to this location as this is not something I want to chance experiencing again. It appears to be a Splenda packet which has likely been touched by someone hands which probably have all kinds of germs on it. Just unsanitary in my opinion. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.
